All the information provided by me in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I hereby authorize ZAP MART PVT. LTD. and its associated companies to verify the details provided by me through any means deemed appropriate. ```

ZAP MART PVT. LTD. reserves the absolute right to approve or reject my application without assigning any reason whatsoever. I also unconditionally agree to follow and abide by all the policies, rules, and regulations of the company, including any amendments made by ZAP MART PVT. LTD. from time to time.

I understand and accept that ZAP MART PVT. LTD. has the right to deduct or set-off any outstanding amount, charges, or liabilities payable by me from my commissions, bonuses, or account balance without prior notice.

Any dispute related to bonus calculation, incentives, or non-receipt of payments must be reported to ZAP MART PVT. LTD. in writing within forty-eight (48) hours from the bonus or payment calculation date. Failing to do so will be treated as acceptance of the payment received.

I also authorize ZAP MART PVT. LTD. to disclose or share my information, documents, or account details with any authorized party whenever required for verification, legal compliance, or operational purposes. I confirm that no further consent from me will be required for such disclosures.

I hereby release ZAP MART PVT. LTD. from any liability arising out of such disclosures and agree to ratify any action taken by the company based on the consent and authorization given by me.
